In this post I am going to talk all about our Sun. Sun is the main source of our energy. Our Earth is dependent on The Sun and we also.
Sun is in the center of our big solar system. Our most nearest star is sun. It is nearly perfect sphere of hot plasma, with internal convective motion that generates a magnetic field via dynamo process. Sun has a very important role for our earth and all the solar planets. It is by far the most important source of energy for life on earth. The distance from earth to the sun is about 15 crore kilometre. Because of the sun day and night is possible in the earth. Light from the sun takes about 8 minutes to reach the earth. The Surface temperature of the sun is 5,778 K. The surface area of the sun is 6.09x1012 km2.The surface area of the sun is 12,000 times bigger than our earth. The escape velocity of the sun is 617.7 km/s; which is 55 times greater than our earth. The sun currently fuses about 600 million tons of hydrogen into helium every second, converting 4 million tons of matter into energy every second.
⦁ Weight of our Sun: Sun is very heaviour than our earth. The weight of our Sun is about 1.989 x 10^30 Kg.
⦁ Sun Mission : Parker solar probe is the the best and successful mission for the Sun.
⦁ Parker solar probe: Parker solar probe is the best mission for our Sun. Parker solar probe is a robotic mission launched by NASA. It was launched in 12th August of 2018. The maximum speed of the probe is about 692,000 Km/h. It observed Corona of the Sun perfectly.
⦁ Corona of the Sun: Corona is a aura of plasma. It surrounds Sun and other stars. The Sun's corona extends millions of kilometres into outer space. It is most easily seen during a total solar eclipse. We can observe it with a coronagraph.
Everyone is dependent on the Sun. We get food from trees and plants and trees get energy from Sun to grow themselves. So, we are dependent on the Sun.
Tree grow themselves with the help of Sun by photosynthesis system.
⦁ Photosynthesis : Tree and all kind of plants use this proccess to grow themselves. At first they absorb some minerals from soil and water and they also absorb water. After absorbing the elements they transfer the elements to their kitchen(leaf). When Sun rays fall on the leaf then Glucose(C6H12O6) is produced. In this way they produce their food and store it in the fruits and stems and many other parts of their body.
People eat the fruit. In this way peoples are dependent to the Sun.
We get essential fuels from our tree and tree grows with the help of Sun. So, indirectly we get fuel from our Sun.
So, Sun is very important to us.
